Fresh Aire of Eugene is a locally owned and community-focused business providing commercial scenting, deodorizing, and odor removal services throughout Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, and Cottage Grove. We work with apartments, senior living communities, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses create clean, welcoming environments that make a strong first impression.

Unlike large corporate providers, we’re a small, owner-led business that prioritizes friendly, reliable service and fast communication, so you can get the results you need.

Our Story

Fresh Aire of Eugene began with a simple goal: build a sustainable business while staying connected to the community. Owner Ryann Madison took over the Eugene franchise in 2018 while attending the University of Oregon (go Ducks!). Instead of taking out student loans, they poured their energy into growing Fresh Aire and building long-lasting relationships with local property managers and business owners.

By the time they graduated in 2022, Ryann realized they didn’t want to leave the community they had come to love. Fresh Aire had grown into something more meaningful: a chance to serve Eugene and Springfield with honesty and reliability, while fostering the connections they had built.

Today, they continue to run the business with those same values.

Meet the Team

Ryann Madison, Owner

Ryann is passionate about helping businesses create spaces that feel fresh, comfortable, and inviting. As an amateur ornithologist, she can identify nearly any local bird by sight or sound. She’s been with Fresh Aire since 2008, an owner since 2018, and enjoys the opportunity to meet new community members that the job has provided.

Steve Pelkey, Service Technician

After retiring as a facilities director for one of our clients, Steve realized he wasn’t ready for full-time retirement. Fresh Aire offered the perfect balance: meaningful work, flexible hours, and the chance to stay connected to the community. He now works with us one to two days a week, bringing strong experience and a friendly presence to every service visit.
